

2007-12-10 DHS Launches Ten Fingerprint Requirement
The Department of Homeland Security is launching a new anti-terrorist program that will require foreigners coming to the United States to have ten fingerprints scanned. Such scanning will initially begin this week at Washington Dulles International Airport, and will be required in March by nine additional airports and of all airports by the end of 2008. It will be phased in at land borders and seaports.
