2008-03-03　FM200 driver updates to 1.7.0.13

In 2008, STARTEK releases the new FM200 driver. It can provide better performance. Please update your driver to the latest version.

Please follow these steps to update the driver:
1. Decompress the file "FM200DriverV1.7.0.13.zip"
2. Execute driver setup file "FM200DriverV1.7.0.13.exe"
3. Re-plugin FM200
