STARTEK utilizes a combination of the Minutiae-Only algorithm along with a unique image extraction method to create its core fingerprint verification technology. With globalization a sure trend, STARTEK foresaw the need for interoperable fingerprint technology and had created a small sized, easily integrated and multi-platform compatible fingerprint application to increase convenience and lower cost for its customers.
Our company is consisted of some of the best talents in the country in fields of optical, electrical, electronics, micro processing and software engineering as well as algorithm development. In 1990, STARTEK developed the “Live Scan" technology and became the second in the world to successfully commercialize Live Scan fingerprint verification products. Not only is STARTEK’s fingerprint verification technology top in the country, it is also one of the best amongst similar technologies in the world.
